My sourdough bread is made with just sea salt, flour, and water. I use high quality organic flour from Central Milling, and each loaf has about 20% whole wheat. Each loaf takes 30 hours from beginning to bake, and are naturally leavened. Standard loaves run about 900g, mini loaves are half the size and run at 450g. Customize your loaf by choosing a mix-in.
