You will receive 2 Tb of starter. This starter is maintained with organic central milling bread flour and whole wheat flour. I bake up to 20 loaves in one setting a few days a week with this amazing culture, and even make goods such as cinnamon rolls, brioche, babka, among other things!

Upon ordering, you will receive the instructions on how to activate it using your own water and flour. I will also include my favorite recipes on request, and will help with any questions and troubleshooting as you navigate making your own bread.
